• The Health & Wellness Coach plays a key role in guiding clients through their wellness journey.
• This role combines coaching, education, wellness technology treatments, and client relationship building to help people make meaningful changes to their health and lifestyle.
Requirements:
🔹 Nutrition Coaching certification or other certification in a health, wellness, spa, or fitness setting
🔹 Comfortable with physical touch and discussing sensitive health topics with clients
🔹 Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
🔹 Able to lift up to 25 lbs (for stocking wellness products)
Bonus
🌿 Experience in behavior-change coaching, weight loss support, or holistic health programs
• The Client Experience Specialist is the organizational backbone of the client journey.
• This role focuses on creating a seamless, welcoming, and well-organized client experience from the moment someone reaches out to Mana Wellness through their ongoing wellness journey.
Requirements:
🔹 Experience in a healthcare, wellness, spa, or fitness setting
🔹 Comfortable with physical touch and sensitive health conversations
🔹 Proficient in Google & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
🔹 Able to lift 25 lbs. (for stocking wellness products)
Location: Chelmsford, MA
Schedule: Part-time to full-time with some Saturday availability
