• Location: 7 Summer Street, Suite 20, Chelmsford, MA
• Schedule: Part-time to full-time and some Saturday availability
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + performance-based bonuses

As a member of the Mana Staff, you are the heart of our client experience and set the tone and the environment. 

You will:
   ✅ Deliver Red Light Therapy, PEMF, and Detoxing Footbath treatments etc. (training provided!)
   ✅ Help clients feel safe, supported, and empowered in their wellness journey
   ✅ Guide clients in identifying small but powerful lifestyle changes to help them reach their goals
   ✅ Educate clients on Mana’s cutting-edge technology, protocols, and holistic wellness approach
   ✅ Support the client experience from start to finish—from scheduling and communication to follow-ups and progress tracking

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

• Passionate about holistic wellness – You truly care about helping others improve their health and well-being.
• Empathetic & Supportive – You naturally connect with people, making them feel heard, valued, and motivated.
• Knowledgeable & Curious – You have experience in coaching, personal training, yoga, massage, physical therapy, or another wellness field, and you’re always eager to learn more.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented – You can juggle client relationships, scheduling, and admin tasks with ease.
• A Self-Starter – You take initiative, solve problems proactively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    ✔️ Coaching certification OR experience in a healthcare, wellness, spa, or fitness setting
   ✔️ Comfortable with physical touch and sensitive health conversations
   ✔️ Proficient in Google & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
   ✔️ Able to lift 25 lbs (for stocking wellness products)
   ✔️ Bonus: Experience in behavior change coaching, weight loss support, or holistic health programs

• Client Relationships
• New Client Evaluations & Wellness Coaching Sessions
• Scheduling Appointments
• Cancellations / No Show Follow-Up
• Emailing and Texting Clients
• New Leads / Client Calls
• Admin Tasks
• Data Entry - lead info, client journey details etc.
• Track client package visits and update accordingly
• Follow opening and closing guidelines to be sure clinic is sparkling
• Cleaning and maintenance of Mana’s equipment and space
