We've begun offering a variety of self-care classes and workshops to provide added support for our mental, emotional, and physical health.
Some of our workshops and classes include physical therapy, yoga, meditation, sound healing and more!

These are Small Group ALL-LEVEL classes lead by Jeanine Prukop. *Maximum Class Size = 8 Attendees. *NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. - Please bring a yoga mat and water.
Join us for an all-levels vinyasa flow with small hand weights, high energy, and fun music!
Class is 75 minutes and begins with a brief introduction, review of postures and optional weight movements.
What you'll need:
- Please bring a yoga mat and water
- Though not required, you may also wish to bring small hand weights, yoga blocks, straps and / or blanket.
Start the week off with a calming and relaxing vinyasa flow practiced by candlelight. We'll be connecting breath, gently moving through postures, releasing stuck energy and creating a healthy mental space to ease into the week.
Class is 60 minutes and begins with some centering breaths and ends with grounding in savasana.

Join Jeffrey Warren on Friday evenings for the Self-Care Soundbath Series and experience the calming and restorative power of sound healing! Please bring a yoga mat and water. You may also wish to bring pillows, blankets and an eye mask to make the session more comfortable for you, as our guests will be laying on the floor for this event.
One reason soundbaths are so popular is that participants don’t need to be regular meditators to enjoy deep states and relaxation. The sounds and healing frequencies of the instruments will help support accessing your inner peace and bring forward a balance of body, mind and spirit more easily.
Join us for a casual yet powerful evening of Healing Sound.
Each session will open with a brief introduction to sound healing, followed by an hour soundbath with time at the end for grounding and connecting before we close.
