CANCELLATION POLICY

Red Light Therapy, Evaluation, Consultation and Body Scan appointments require 2-business days cancellation notice, as we are often booking out 2-6 weeks. 

For all other services, we require 1 business day cancellation notice. 

If the client cancels inside these windows, the appointment will be forfeited and may be subject to a $49 cancellation fee.

If a client fails to show for a scheduled appointment without notice, the appointment is automatically forfeited, without exception.

*Note - due to high demand, we DO NOT accept cancellations or rescheduling requests via email, please call or text during regular business hours.
